Registration Instructions

The registration fee is $350 and includes 4 lunches, 2 coffee breaks a day for full days of the meeting, opening reception (including 1-2 cocktails), and conference banquet (excluding drinks). There is a limited amount of funding that can be used to defray registration costs on a case-by-case basis. Please indicate whether such funding is necessary at the time of registration and provide a justification.
